In recent years, Tecofix has partnered with Quantte, a company specializing in design and training in LSF construction, resulting in a closer connection with the main players in the Light Steel Construction market, from professionals in the field, to manufacturers of materials and construction companies.
Our continuous need to present solutions that make a difference in the day-to-day life of construction professionals, and that are innovative, with a view to making work execution profitable, led us to launch a unique Pneumatic Nailing System, especially designed for LSF Construction (Light Steel Framing).
This entire system was approved by DIBT (German Institute of Structural Engineering), taking into account Eurocode EN 1995-1-1, for LSF construction.
This construction method, like all other construction aspects, goes through different phases, with the phase of fixing the covering of slabs, roofs and exterior facades being one of the most demanding and time-consuming.

The SPIT Paslode pneumatic nailing system for LSF construction consists of:
✔ Paslode Preacher CNP65.1
Pneumatic nailer for coil nails with 0º degrees of inclination, with multiple applications, from the application of coatings, to facade panels, packaging, or the application of plasterboard on LSF.
✔ Nail for use with the Paslode CNP65.1 Nailer
Ballistic coil nail 0º degrees of inclination, specially developed for fixing plasterboard, standard or hardened, in metal structures 1,5 to 4 mm thick (LSF / Light Steel).
✔ Paslode PROLINE 248 Compressor
High-performance compressor for high-performance nail work. Its tank has a capacity of 20 liters, withstanding a maximum pressure of 1.5 bar.
✔ 360º Hose Reel
Metal structure rotating 360º degrees, highly resistant, for storing and transporting a 30 meter long hose (included). Compatible with the Paslode PROLINE 248 compressor. Suitable for use in construction and heavy work.
